That's about what I had until 2 weeks ago - now my sync has dropped and doesn't seem to improving (the last drop cost me IP, too). So a quick tip - don't reboot your router.

thanks for the tip i try to leave my router alone. ive just recovered from a sync loss a few months ago due to evil BT doing work in my street
