I have hundreds of junk email which I delete every so often, is there any way of getting rid of this beforehand. Much appreciate any advice. I have tried to unsubsribe but to no avail.
Hi Andy,
If you log into the customer portal on www.idnet.com, click on email, you can set up message filters and custom rules or add a domain to the blacklist.
Hope that helps.
:welc: :karma:
What Vit said, Andy. Thanks, Vit. :thumb:
If I've understood you correctly, you want the spam to stop coming. Unfortunately, that's not an option. I'm sorry to say it but 'unsubscribing' is the worst thing you can do as it just confirms that your address is active to the spammer. Have a Google and you'll find lots of things you can do to hopefully stop getting any extra, but you'll never eliminate it. :(
just blacklist the domain, then you shouldn't get any more

Cannot get onto IDNET web site, is something wrong.
Not here, Andy, but there may have been a hiccough an hour ago, of course.
I get redirected to www.idnet.net
whats happened to the .com site?
I've always used idnet.net, so I'm not sure.
Is there a difference, then? :dunno:
IDNet.net would have been the original. I suspect that when they obtained idnet.com, they just put a redirect on it, though I could be wrong.
Cannot get onto IDNET web site. Anyone else having problems, just times out
Fine here, Andy, both the main site and the customer account page.
Fine here too
I've just tried on idnet.com too, it redirects seamlessly onto idnet.net.
I think it always has, since the .com email address has been used.
That's certainly my understanding, Glenn. I was just eliminating the possibility that it wasn't working for some reason.
It was working for me when I posted earlier too.
Hope this helps guys, just logged in and smooth as silk here no problems at all.... :karma: :welcome: to you Andyp
I can't login to my web mail so it might be something to with Web Sense at work. Will try at home tonight. Thanks to everyone. ??? ??? ???
That sounds like it could be the reason, Andy.
If you cant get in on http ://webmail at work try https://webmail,it's the only way I can get on at work

I have sorted my email. Adjusted my settings at work so I can now login and have blacklisted all my spam.
