Neighbours' connection speeds

According to an item in the Daily Mail today:-

"Punch in your postcode with firms such as uSwitch and you can even see which providers your neighbours are using, and what speed they’re getting."

The uSwitch suggestion doesn't work for me, none of the neighbours is shown yet there are at least 10 wireless networks around here. Is some other site likely to do better?

The Uswitch data relies on the fact that other people in the area have used their speedtest and uploaded the data. If no-one has then there's no data...
